Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up the Credit Matrix. The Credit Matrix applies a specific discount percentage to a specific credit reason.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
Type 1 – Customer Database Editor and press enter.
Type 20 – Credit Matrix Editor and press enter.
- Type “A” to add a new record.
- Fill in all the applicable information pressing enter past each field.
Note: The credit reason number(s) must first be set up in the Job Reasons Editor before setting up the Credit Matrix. (Refer to the Credit No Charge Reasons Setup document for details.)
- Press Escape to save the data.
- Type "E" to exit.
