The “E-Ticket flat file creation” will cause the “oooooooo.pdf” file to be created at the requested file location on the E-Ticket server. Normally this would be set for the “OE” and “OR” job stations.
Template fields. These fields contain the desired template that will be sent to the E-Ticket server for the order. They can be set or blank. When they are set, if the template is no longer available on the E-Ticket server, it will be displayed with a RED “X” next to the template.
The “Refresh Templates” button will query the R-Ticket server for the latest list of available templates.
