This workstation allows users in your lab who have appropriate access/permissions to enter a breakage or reverse a breakage to eligible orders in Rx-Universe. The breakage entries are stored in the local database and will be reportable in Rx-Reports using the new Workstations - Breakages target.

Set up breakage codes.
Create breakage codes for reason (required) and subcodes (optional) department, positions, and shift under Setup -> Breakage Codes.
Set up the flag for Breakage Sub Codes.
You can set up your Rx-Universe to track breakage sub-codes. There are three flags that you can select to set breakage tracking behaviours.

In Rx-Hub, edit the role of the user you want to grant access to.
Grant the role “Use” permissions for Workstation Breakages, Beakage: Lens, Breakage: Frame Item in the Rx-Xplore permissions tab. Make sure you click on the “Update Role” button to save the settings. Learn more about setting up roles.
