Overview
This workstation allows users in your lab who have appropriate access/permissions to enter breakage or reverse breakage to valid orders in Rx-Universe. The breakage entries are saved in the local database and will be reportable in Rx-Reports using the new Workstations - Breakages target.
There is a separate breakage entry page for Lens Breakage and Frame Breakage for easier navigation.

In Rx-Hub:
In Rx-Hub, edit the role of the user you want to grant access to.
Grant the role “Use” permission for Order Delete in the Rx-Xplore permissions tab. Make sure you click on the “Update Role” button to save the settings. Learn more about setting up roles.

You can click on Cancel Order to proceed with the order cancellation.

A message will display upon submission to indicate if the order was deleted successfully in Rx-Universe. |
