Introduction
This document provides instructions for entering a Balance lens through Order Entry.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
- Select Option 4 - Run Layout Order Entry and press EEnter.
The Tray & Acct window displays.
- Enter all the appropriate information on the Tray & Acct window.
The CBT Selection window displays. (Refer to the Commercial Branding Tool (CBT) section for further details.)
- Make your selection and press Enter to continue.
Once the CBT selection is complete, the Rx window displays.
- Press “S” at the STYLE W/SEG SZ field and press Enter.
Special Entry
The Special Entry window displays.
- Enter “BR” to indicate Balance Right or “BL” to indicate Balance Left.
The selected entry displays.
- Press Escape to return to the STYLE W/SEG SZ field.
- Continue the order entry process until the pricing options screen displays.
- The Balance R or Balance L pricing option highlights automatically based upon the special entry selection.
- Continue the order entry process.
