Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up the Max Price Default custom configuration. This configuration allows the lab to set the maximum price allowed on the invoice value. Any invoice that prices above the set value will fail to price, resulting in an "Invoice Too High" error.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.

Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press enter.

Select Option 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press enter.

The Custom Configuration Editor displays.

  • Press "Q" to Query the table.
  • Ensure that the table below exists.

If the table does not exist:

  • Press "A" - Add a new record.
  • Enter all the information as per the example (s) below.
    • The Float Setting can be whatever amount you prefer.
  • Press Escape to save the data.
  • Press "E" to exit the screen.
