Introduction

This document provides instructions for enabling the Auto Assign Tray custom configuration. 

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.

Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press Enter.

Select Option 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press Enter.

The Custom Configuration Editor displays.

  • Press “Q” to Query to ensure that the table below exists.

If the table does not exist:

  • Press “A” to add a new record.
  • Enter all the information as per the example (s) below.
  • Float Setting is the lowest tray # or starting tray number.
  • Integer Setting is the highest tray # to be used.
  • If left blank, the system starts at 1 and cycle through all numbers.
  • Press Escape to save the data.
  • Press “E” to exit.

This entry enables automatic tray number assignment.
