Introduction
This document provides instructions for marrying a frame to a tray.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press Enter.
Select Option 7 - Station Assignment and press Enter.
The Station Assignment screen displays.
- Enter the Frame Marry station number.
- Enter the tray number.
You will see the message on the following diagram.
- Scan the frame bag to continue. The code is the trace99 bar code that is on the bag label.
A successful scan will display a confirmation message.
Error Messages
The following are some of the error messages you may see on screen:
Tray does not match the bag bar code.
Job is a Frame to Come, the frame has arrived and is assigned to a bin.
Job is a Frame to Come and the frame has not arrived.
The frame has already been married to the tray.
Job is not a frame to come.
