Introduction
This document provides instructions for updating frame details.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Select Option 12 – Frame-Parts Inventory and press Enter.
Select Option 1 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.
Select Option 5 – Frame Description Editor and press Enter.
The Frame Description Editor displays.
Perform the appropriate action on this screen per the instructions below:
- Press ‘Q’ "Q" to Query.
- Enter or scan the FPC or SKU, UPC Code of the frame or any other frame details using the fields provided
- Press Escape to perform the query.
The specified frame displays on the screen.
- Press ‘D’ "D" for Detail.
The active table (o_invt_rec) is indicated by the brackets [ ].
- Press ‘U’ "U" to Update.
- Make any necessary changes to the available fields.
- Press Escape to save the data.
- Press ‘M’ "M" (Master) to return to the Frame Description table
The active table (o_frm_desc) is indicated by the brackets [ ].
- Make any necessary changes to the available fields.
- Press Escape to save the data.
- Press '"E' " to exit.
