Order Entry

When a digital job was processed by the remote processor, and the flag to print digital work tickets at OE was not checked, a work ticket SHOULD be printed if the job fails validation.  This has been corrected

Doing a remake on an active job, or a breakage, would result in a file error 41 on the second such job,  This has been corrected.

When an order has no tray assigned and a tray number is entered, if the tray is associated with an FTD trace, the trace would not always automatically attach to the order.

When entering an order using the OPC codes, a browse button has been added to allow the user to search through the stock database.

Customer Service

The “Job Status” filter has a new selection “Unvalid” that will limit the order in the grid to unvalid jobs. Note that archived orders are not shown.

Device Interfaces

When a blank with a true curve of exactly plano (0.00) was selected, and ART blocking used, the ART parameters were not correctly calculated (ie it did not pick any block piece).  This has been corrected.

AR Statements

When printing statements directly to the printer, some formats had both sides of the text cutoff. On all statements, the ageing box could be split between 2 pages. Both these conditions have been corrected.

Reports

The “Tax Summary Report” and “Taxes By Customer Report” have been changed so that transactions that have no tax will not be included in “taxable sales”, but only in “gross sales”, if if they are flagged as taxable items and have a tax code of 0%.

Remote Order Processor

When processing an order for a wrap frame, if the received fields were out of the Rx-Universe tolerance range, the processor would display a message regarding the error instead of logging it to the order errors. This causes the Remote Processor to stop until the error is acknowledged. This issue has been corrected.
