Overview
The Frame Report target provides users with access to reportable columns containing standard frame information, size, and other frame details.
Permissions
To manage permissions for the Frame Report, go to Rx-Hub → Roles → (Specific Role) → Rx-Inventory. You can grant Design and/or Run permissions to a role based on the level of access you want to provide to the user. Learn more or get a refresher on how our User Roles and Permissions work.
Column Definitions
Here is the list of the available fields on the Frame Report target and their brief descriptions.
Frame - Main Columns

UPC | The Universal Product Code for the item. This is the most common frame identifier and is the code printed on the barcode sticker label. | Text |
Manufacturer UPC | This is the Universal Product Code assigned by the manufacturer to the item | Text |

Back Order Date | The date the item is expected to be available again. This is only availale if the frame has “Back Ordered” status. | Date |
Dynamic Days | The number of days after item creation to switch from min/max to usage history reorder method | Integer |

Last Import File | The name of the file that last updated this frame (if applicable) | Text |
Date Last Modified | The date when a change was most recently made to this item, it's associated categories, or it's value on a price list | Date |

Web? | This flag tracks if the frame is displayed on the lab's website if applicable. | Boolean |
Vision Star Item Number | Primarily used when importing from Vision Star. This is used for the “CODE” field of the frame extract file that is sent to AcuityLogic. | Text |

A | The horizontal width of each lens at its widest point of the lens within the frame. This commonly has the same value as the eye. | Float (with single decimal place) |
B | The vertical height of the lenses at the widest point of the lens within the frame. | Float (with single decimal place) |
ED | The longest diagonal distance inside the frame edges in mm | Float (with single decimal place) |
Part Type | The part type classification of the time (Whole, Front, Temple, Bridge, Clip, Side Shield, Miscellaneous) | Text |
