Importing VisionStar Frame History in Rx-Inventory
Here are the steps to import frame usage history for VisionStar:
Go to the Rx-Inventory module
In the left sidebar, you should see Import usage history under the Inventory, if not then go to Rx-Hub Role Permissions and grant the Import permission for the “TransactionBatch” item under the Rx-Inventory tab. Example:
3. Click Import usage history.
4. Then click Choose File and open the CSV file that contains the frame usage history. Ensure that your file has the right column headers.
Tip: Before importing your file, open it in Notepad or Note++ to check if you have extra rows with empty data. This will cause the import to fail with errors like “Invalid Date”.
5. Select the appropriate file format (Comma Separated) and click Next
6. Then click Submit to import the data
7. It should be able to import the usage history with a valid UPC while those with invalid UPC should show up in the failed imports with error details.
8. Successfully imported usage history can be verified by going to the Transactions screen.
