Order Entry

After displaying the 3D screen in Order Entry, if the user saved the order (whether making changes or not) the user would get an error that another user had made changes, and their changes would be lost. This was caused by an incorrect order lock setting and has been corrected

Fix an issue that was causing blank selection to list clear blanks for a pre-treatment that could not be applied to a lens. This was only occurring when the pricing module was turned off.

Devices

The VCA device interface has been modified for the SatisLoh ART-A blocker when a one-eye job is blocked.

The VCA device interface has been modified. The contents of the FRAM label can be force to use the “trace name” instead of the name in the “frame information” box. This is controlled by a new flag in the device parameters maintenance. “Edger” tab.

The VCA device interface has been modified, if an order uses the SEGDHT fields, and a trace is auto-attached to the order, recalculate the SEGHT fields without re-calculating the order.

The VCA device interface, did not take into account that the ART auto-blocker can send both eyes in the same upload.

AR Transactions

The Miscellaneous transaction entry has been modified to allow for the entry of a reference invoice when doing a credit. This will populate the sales lines with the entries from the original invoice. It also checks to make sure that the credit given is not greater than the original invoice less any previous credits already received. (this includes reducing the amount by the early payment discount if it was taken).

API Endpoints

Fixed an issue where passing * as an argument returned invalid results.

Fixed an issue causing the job track history count by day endpoint to error in unexpected ways

Digital

When processing the LMS response file, if either CIRC or ELLH were contained in the LMS file, and the lab is setup to use ART blocking, the BLKRD and BLKDM did not get recalculated based on the new CIRC or ELLH values.

When using Essilor digital with an ART blocker, if the LMS file returns CRIB or ELLH, the ART block is not adjusted to reflect the new values.

Licensing and Downloads

For labs that are licensed to run without a dongle, when Rx-Universe connected to the license server to validate the session, not all connections were being terminated after use. This could result in an excess of open connections and cause either slowdowns or access issues for some Rx-Universe customers. Connections are now all properly terminated after use.

The speed of downloading lens data, Eyefinity codes, VCA label table entries, and other information, has been greatly increased. Downloading Eyefinity lens codes, for example, which previously could take 2-3 hours, can be expected to complete in less than 10 minutes.
