Job Tracking
In the Job Scanner Simulator, uncut jobs would throw an error if “Polish edges” was a required step; this has been corrected (since uncuts obviously aren’t edged). The completion screens and other steps that checked job flow were not affected (they were already correctly handling uncut jobs).
Additional documents can now printed by the Job Tracker.
Order Entry
When saving a modified order, the program was asking a question regarding printing that was redundant. The question has been removed.
Third Party Orders
Tags FED and CLLIFE are now recognized for files in GIF format submitted by third party systems (see Remote Order Entry for details).
Workstation maintenance
The help for the “Print digital WT in OE” was incorrect. This has been resolved.
Endpoints
breakage - the breakage endpoint has been enhanced to allow reversing a previously entered breakage.
late jobs - the GET/jobs/late endpoint has been modified to add the tray number
orders - the GET/orders/detail and GET/orders endpoints have been modified to add THKP and THKA
VCA Label Table
The VCA label table has been enhanced. “ACOAT” is now a valid VCA label that can be used.
Digital Processing
In the case of a digital re-calculation, If a digital vendor selects the blanks to use, then the modified front curves, if any, stored on the order will be cleared if the blanks selected are not the same.
Device Interface
One the “Edger” tab of a VC device, a new checkbox has been added “Use the trace supplier for the FMFR label”. If checked, when this device requests FMFR, the value from the trace supplier will be sent (assuming it is not blank), rather than the frame manufacturer.
Device Interfaces now allow a baud rate of 115200 for serial devices.
Work Tickets
The labels for LENSQOH, STK_STAT_L and STK_STAT_R did not always give the correct values. This has been corrected.
Job Station
A new check box has been added to the Job Station maintenance, “Check for additional documents. This flag will trigger the Job tracker to check for any additional documents for pritning.
Additional Documents / Additional Documents Override
You now have the ability to print additional documents at time of job tracking based on the job station.
Report
A new program that will generate report files for all completed orders of the day and active orders.
Packing Slip
A new packing slip template(PAK-STANDARDv3.XSL) is available which will include the Release Number and Tray number details.
Customer
A new checkbox has been added to the Customer database, “Does not require Packing Slip”. This will allow the user to flag a customer if they do not need to have a printed packing slip.
