Devices / Calculations

A change has been made to give preference to the amount of prism on a blocking ring before considering crib diameter, for blocking rings used with the Satisloh Micro-Blocker.

When LMATID is set for a National Optronics device, different codes are sent if the lens has AR on it.  When job tracking is used, and the job scanned when AR is applied, this works well, as the code is only changed if AR is already present on the lens.  When job tracking is not installed, a change has been made to assume AR is on the lens, so that the AR code is sent to the edger.  Even if AR is applied after edging, the only effect is to slow the edger down a bit when it isn't strictly necessary. However, this change prevents NOT using the AR macro when AR is, in fact, already on the lens.

The labels GBASE and GCROS in the VC interface were being sent to the generator as the padded (but not rounded) tool curves.  This could result in slight differences between the curve on the lap and the curve cut by the generator, so GBASE and GCROS have been changed to be sent as the rounded tool curves.  Note that GBASEX and GCROSX, used by cut-to-polish equipment, were not affected by this change.

In August 2018, changes were made to always send LDDR* and LDNR* values to a device identified as a mapper, by sending Rx values as appropriate when compensated values do not exist.  These changes were not implemented for LDDRCYL through an error, so LDDRCYL is correctly changed in this version.

A change was made to correct an issue where the wrong LDI file could sometimes be used when sending an LDS file to a digital vendor, when the lab uses multiple digital vendors.

Remote Orders

Fixed an issue with the VisionWeb interface, it would try to write an entry to the error log, but the error log was not turned on.

Added a new flag to control the automated transfer to another lab when an order comes in.

Fixed an issue that was causing an already transferred job to transfer again every time an order was modified.  The program will now pop up the "Order transfer screen" if a job had previously been transferred.  This will allow the lab to only re-transfer orders that affect the lens production.

Support for the UPC translation file has been added to the newer format GIF order file format - this was previously supported only in the older style format (pre-2010).

Work ticket

Fixed an issue with the PCL work ticket.  If doing a one-eye, "Uncut no Frame" job, the pattern of the crib on the work ticket had the right/left sides overlapping.

Customer Service

The option, "Make job a remake", has been modified to only allow an order number that does not exist (the original order in another system) or the order number must be from a completed order.

Fixed an issue where the routing was not being saved correctly when an order was copied.

Fixed issue that was causing computer memory to not be released.

Order Entry

The Notes in Order Entry have been modified to make them more intuitive and flexible.  See Order Notes

Fixed issue that was causing computer memory to not be released.

RxTicket

Fixed a number of issues regarding text positioning, primarily with alignment.
Fixed text breaking out of the containing box, instead of wrapping.
Fixed images breaking out of the containing box when "fit to box" was not selected.

Statements

Added the ability to sort AR statement detail lines by "Transaction number", by "Posting date" or by "transaction type and posting date". .
