If you want to use a scanner to print work tickets, this can be done by using the “Scan to Print W/T” menu option in the “Remote” menu selection. When accessed the following screen appears:

The Scan to print function allows the user to override the printer routing of an order by directing the work ticket to a specific printer associated with the work station they are using. The printer selected in the “Current Printer” drop down list will be the one that the work tickets will print to.

Once the desired printer is selected, you can scan or manually enter either the order number or tray number to print a work ticket. The status of the last entered order will be displayed at the top of the “Last Scans” grid as depicted below.

The grid will display the a line for each scan, if the printing could not be done, the reason is displayed in the “Message” column.
