Job Tracking
The Job Tracking Station program has been modified to remove the “ZERO WIP STATS” option from the menu (version 6.50.01).
Device Interfaces
We can now interface to the LOH CM generator (version 6.50.02).
LIND has been added to the Zeiss BRS packet (version 6.50.02).
Changes were made to not create the VCA output file for a digital job which needs to be processed (so that the file isn't created with a STATUS=1, causing problems for programs that pick up the VCA files for calculation results). Also, if there is a digital error, send the digital error as the message with a STATUS=3 message (version 6.50.05).
Only send values for LDSPH, LDCYL, LDAX, LDPRVM and LDPRVA for digital jobs when set by the digital processor (version 6.50.08).
Reports
The Essilor Stats report has been added to Production Management Reports. This can also be setup to run automatically at Month End and e-mail/FTP file to Essilor (version 6.50.03).
Miscellaneous Databases
When an account was modified and then saved, without accessing the ROE tab, the COM port was being set to COM10 and some of the other remote order entry fields were being reset to the defaults (version 6.50.04).
Error 42,00 - WEB-CUST in Update Management or Lens Updates
If the System Settings screen was open and another user tried to open another session of System Settings, they would get a message and then be allowed to view the settings. However, if the user moved from the General tab to another tab, the program would hang. This has been fixed (version 6.50.07).
A new field was added to the Devices tab in System Settings, "Do NOT auto create NEW TCP/IP devices" (version 6.50.09).
A new field was added to the Shipping tab in System Settings; "Auto complete after # days". When the number of days is > 0, any valid orders where the receive date is older than X days will be automatically completed during the dayend. This function IGNORES the holiday dates. Orders that are on hold, unvalid, or already completed will not be completed automatically (version 6.51.00).
Order Entry
The PCL Work Ticket has been changed to print a Remake message when applicable (version 6.51.00).
The purging of orders has been changed to purge the OMTRACE records when shipped jobs are completed at dayend (version 6.51.00).
A new option was added to the purging of orders; purge ALL orders, completed or not, based only on the date the order was received (version 6.51.00).
Day-End/Month-End
The error handling has been enhanced (version 6.50.07).
Reporting
The Essilor Manufacturer Report has been modified to include: Eyezen+, Eyezen+1, Eyezen+2, Eyezen+3, TruClear HD Plus, TruClear SD, TruClear XD, Viso, Viso Prevencia, Viso XC, Viso XC Plus and Viso XC Plus UV (version 6.50.10).
Miscellaneous
OMSTOCK_LENS_FULL_DESC.XFD – Fixed error in the internal name of the file.
OMUSER.XFD – Added new field USER-CHANGE-PERMISSION
