When frames are received at a lab from the ECP, often they are placed in a bin to await the surfaced lenses. 

To mark a job as having the frame received, and assigning the frame to a bin, there is an option under "Orders" to allow this.

Simply scan (or enter) either the tray number or order number for the frame that is being received, and then assign it to a bin.  The bin can be any alpha-numeric string up to 6 characters long.  For example, to assign tray 60007 to bin 12345:

If a tray is scanned that is not active, a message to that effect will be displayed.  If a job is scanned for which the frame has already been received, and assigned to a bin, a message will be displayed and the operator given the opportunity to replace the bin (ie re-assign the frame).  If we enter tray 60007 again, we will see:
