Customer Service

The pop-up menu item “Make Job a Remake” has been enhanced to allow un-valid orders to access this function.

Orders

When modifying an order with box measurements and no pattern is associated with the order, if you browsed for a pattern but escaped from the browse, the box measurements were cleared. This has been corrected.

You could access the “Resize trace” function even if no pattern was attached to the order. This has been corrected.

Menus

Under certain conditions, accessing different menu items would slow down and then return to normal.

UPC Cross Reference

When modifying a pattern cross reference, if you browse the pattern database and exit without selecting, in some cases the “EYE and 'DBL” fields were filled with unknown data. This has been corrected.

User Defined Work Tickets

An issue where single-character addon codes would not be returned in the list of addons, using _ADDONDESC label, has been corrected.

A new label has been added for the Lens Style, RxSite description, _LCUSTDESC. If a value is found in the RxSite description it will be used, otherwise, the lens style remarks will be used.

A new label has been added for the Material RxSite description, _MCUSTDESC. If a value is found in the RxSite description it will be used, otherwise, the material remarks will be used.

Work Tickets

A new program has been added to the “Remote” menu list, “Scan to Print W/T” that allows you to scan the order or tray number and direct the work ticket printing to a specific printer on your workstation. See Confluence document Scan to print Work Tickets

Remote Orders

Fix issue with remote processor going into an endless loop and creating thousands of empty orders. This was caused by an invalid raw file name being placed in the remote processor folder.

Support for processing orders in Opti2.8 format has been enhanced. Beginning with this version, files may be placed into a folder named OPTI28 under the incoming folder; any files will then be automatically copied to the incoming folder and an extension of .OPT28 added to the files, to allow them to be processed by the remote processor. Support for non-standard XML tags at the end of an Opti2.8 record have been added, although these need to be handled on a customer-by-customer basis.

When a quantity update file was being processed (a file with an extension of .QTY), if the file was still being created when the processor tried to access it, it would display a message on the screen indicating that, and wait for user input. This caused the processor to stop processing all files until the user acknowledged, which is an issue if the processor is running on a computer that is not normally monitored. This behaviour has been changed to skip the file and leave it intact if it is still locked, without requiring user acknowledgement.

Reports

The Inventory Breakage report was causing an “out of bounds” error when processing several months of data. This has been resolved.

Inventory

At monthend, lens usage is moved from current month to the previous month, and all previous months are moved back a month. This was not being done correctly.

RxTicket

RxTicket now supports the new angled barcode feature in newer versions of LohReport

Devices

Support MEI edger engraving

An issue in the VCA interface was causing incorrect values to be placed in the Order user ELLH fields. This has been resolved.

Purchase Orders

The ability to create an Ad-hoc purchase order has been added. Please see Creation of Ad-hoc Purchase Orders for more detail.
