We are pleased to announce the latest updates to Rx-Suite, Version 1.17.X. This release encompasses enhancements and bug fixes aimed at improving usability, performance, and the overall user experience. Below are the key highlights of this release:

New Features and Enhancements

Rx-Inventory Enhancements

• Customized Visibility of Beffiting Flag:

  • Selective Access to Beffiting Flag: In Rx-Inventory, the Beffiting flag's visibility has been tailored for specific customers only, ensuring a customized approach to operational needs.

• Enhanced Purchase Order Functionality for Recalled Frames:

  • Streamlined Inclusion in POs: Recalled frames with "Special Order Item" status are now automatically added to purchase orders when their available quantity drops below zero, improving inventory management.

  • Manual Addition Flexibility: These frames can be manually included in POs via the Add Line, offering greater control over order composition.

Rx-Inventory Enhancements

• Rx-Site Synchronization Improvement:
  To enhance system performance, we've introduced a feature that allows sending a specific date/time to be used as a synchronization checkpoint for Rx-Site operations.

Bugs Fixes

Rx-Inventory Fixes

• Improved Mass Update Dialogue Functionality: Addressed issues with column filtering and sorting within the Mass Update dialogue page, ensuring a smoother user experience during mass data updates.

• Qty Used Since Last PO Update:
  Addressed a discrepancy where the "Qty used since last PO" field was not updating correctly, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.

• Lens Pick Submission Improvement: Fixed an issue causing unexpected behavior upon Lens Pick submission, making the lens selection workflow smoother.

• Retry Mechanism for Background Jobs:
  Implemented a maximum number of retries for background jobs, preventing job queue overloads and ensuring smoother system operations.

• Purchase Order Receiving Accuracy: Fixed an issue where using "Receive All" didn't update purchase order lines and details correctly, enhancing data reliability.

• New PO Creation on Partial Receiving: Addressed a problem where selecting "Receive and Open New PO with Remainder" resulted in the new PO displaying no information, ensuring continuity and accuracy in order processing.

• User-defined Fields Update:
  Resolved an issue where updating a user-defined field in Rx-Inventory did not trigger a refresh, maintaining consistency across user inputs.
