Digital Interfaces

If no entry is found in a VCA label table for ENGMASK, then revert back to the lens style file; this allows us to use the VCA table for a vendor (like Crossbows), but still put ENGMASK for other digital vendors in the lens style.  Add && as a wildcard to substitute corridor length into the ENGMASK filename (version 7.01.01).

After processing a Rodenstock digital job, and then processing a non-digital job, it was still adding the “9” to the beginning of the order number.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.01).

When “Send as SV” is checked for digital jobs going to a surface blocker, also set SBSGIN, BCOCIN, BCOCUP, SBOCIN and SBOCUP (version 7.02.00).

Device Interfaces

Corrected an issue where ELLH was sometimes being set larger than CRIB (version 7.01.01).

The minimum for PANTO and WRAP were modified to be zero (version 7.01.04).

The Gerber Step 2 blocker program was modified, for digital jobs, to use the default drop from the lens style instead of the BSD from the order (version 7.01.06).

Order Entry

If center-design flag was set (erroneously) on a non-digital design, it caused blanksize calculation to be incorrect.  Changed to only use that flag for digital jobs (version 7.01.01).

When creating an order with bifocal lens styles, the user was getting an error 28.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.03).

When returning from some of the right-click menu items in the Customer Service screen, the order file was no longer set to the key used by the "Select Key" field.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.05).

The Order Purging option has been changed to now purge archive files.  The purging program for digital orders has also been changed to correct a problem where not all LDS and LMS files were being purged (version 7.01.05).

After doing digital calcs from Order Entry, if the LDPATH contains an error message, a change was made to show that error on the Order Entry screen just like we do a blank selection error (version 7.01.06).

When entering a crib diameter for Uncut orders, the value entered for the left eye was changing the value for the right eye.  This has been corrected (version 7.02.00).

Modifications were made to use both sides of a trace for thickness calculations.  Previously, Rx-Universe would use the trace or uncut data for the right eye, and mirror it for thickness calculations for the left eye.  Starting with this version, calculations are done using the actual trace or uncut size for each eye independently.  If trace data exists for only one eye, then the trace for that eye is mirrored for the other eye for calculations. (version 7.02.00).

The PCL work ticket was modified to add new labels to identify discontinued lenses and special order lenses (version 7.02.00).

Rx-Site

Created a new option, Rx-Site Lens Product Selection.  This allows the user to be able to un-select specific products that they do not want to be sent to Rx-Site (version 7.01.01).

Removed checkboxes to send to Rx-Site as this is now controlled by the new Rx-Site Lens Product Selection.  Checkboxes were removed from the Lens Style, Material, Tint and Treatment databases (version 7.01.01).

The program that updates the Rx-Site file has been modified to look for cascading pucks for digital lenses (version 7.01.04).

Report Changes

Essilor Reporting has been modified to now track Varilux X Design, Varilux X Fit, Varilux X 4D, Varilux X Design Technology, Varilux X Fit Technology, Crizal Sapphire 360 UV, Transitions Go, Eyezen+ 0, TruClear SD2 and TruClear XD2 (version 7.01.02).

If User Security was enabled, the user could not access the add, edit, delete or copy functions on the Manufacturer Lens Usage report or on the Essilor report.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.04).

The "Manufacturer Lens Usage Report” has been renamed to "Lens Usage by Manufacturer Report” (version 7.01.04).

The "Reports" option has been removed from the Inventory and A/R menus.  All reports can now be found under the "Reports" tab.  A “Job Tracking Reports" option has been added and also a new breakdown for Order Reports.  User Security has also been modified to reflect these changes (version 7.01.04).

The "Daily Job Report” has been renamed to "O2 Daily Job Report” and can now be found under “Legacy Reports” (version 7.01.04).

A new “Daily Job Report” has been added to the “Order Reports” menu (version 7.01.06).

A new “Invalid Orders Report” has been added to the “Orders in Process” menu under “Order Reports” (version 7.01.06).

A new “Days in House Report” has been added to the “Completed Orders” menu under “Order Reports” (version 7.02.00).

A new “Customer Rx Order Analysis Report” has been added to the “Completed Orders” menu under “Orders Reports” (version 7.02.00).

Monthly Processing

The monthend process was not updating the monthend date.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.04).

Pricing

When deleting a price list, a check is performed to ensure that the price list is not being used for any customers (version 7.01.04).

Accounts Receivable

When entering the amount of a payment, if auto-apply is set, and the user clicks "Save" without pressing enter or tab after putting in the payment amount, the payment itself is saved but it is not applied against anything.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.05).

Invoices with zero balances were not being applied against payments, causing them to always show as open.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.05).

Remote Labs

When the user tried to edit a record, only the screen tabs would be displayed; no field text or data.  This has been corrected (version 7.01.06).

Lens Style Database

The SV fitting cross height needs to be accessible for designs even when not set up as a digital design; this is to allow labs to edge the lenses after they are generated by another lab (version 7.02.00).
