Rx-Universe allows you to stop operating process to allow your current backup process. Since Rx-Universe is not VSS compliant file are actively being written to tables and databases, so to allow a successfull backup, you need to stop/start Rx-Universe transactional sessions.
To do so you have to preconfigure daily time frame where you will momentarily stop & start these process.
1) In Rx-Universe got to Setup→ System Settings and click on General Tab.
