Order Entry

If the prism is modified, the program will now force the user to "Do Calcs".

Scanning of trays for incoming jobs has been enhanced to allow specifying trays by combinations of colour and routing - see Enter Trays for Remote Jobs for more detail.

A new function has been added to allow frame to be assigned to a bin when received at the lab, and optionally a ticket to be printed using the "additional document" functions. Please see Receive Frame and Assign To Bin for more details.

When an order has an "addon discount", the discountable flags were being checked when calculating the discount, all prices need to be included when calculating an order discount.  The discountable flags are only for early payment discount calculations.

The Rx invoice has been modified to print an early payment discount if applicable.

XML work tickets (and other XML-based documents) have been enhanced to allow printing of text, captions, and values, at angles relative to the orientation of the paper.  This requires the use of LOHreport.exe version 10.0.9.1 or later (dated April 2018) to specify angle of text.

Fixed issue with stock orders.  With the view flags set to "All orders" and "All jobs", after viewing a shipped stock order and returning to the customer service browse screen; if you tried to scroll past the end of the browse grid, an "error 46" would be displayed and the grid will not scroll.

Job Tracking

When MES is active, if the update on an order was for a duplicate station, it would not always trigger an entry for the MES system.

Devices

The OMA interface gave an error 41 on the JTSVCA file used for MES interfacing.

New labels have been added to the VC interface:
_RXPRISMDESC - set to "RX PRISM" if Rx prism is present; intended for use with XML documents
_REQBASE - set to the requested base curve of the job, intended for use with XML documents
_REQBASESW - set to an asterisk if a specific base curve is requested for a job; intended for use with XML documents
ARCOAT - is the text of an applied AR coating only
ARBRAND - is the text of any AR coating, applied or inherent
TINTDESC - is the text of any tint
_FRAMEBIN is the bin number of the frame for an Rx order, intended for use with XML documents
_INSET added for Hoya digital calculator interface

If the front curve of a blank (FRNT) is exactly 0, it is sent to IOT in the LDS file as 0.01.

If NPD is allowed for a progressive digital design, but is not specified, we now omit the NPD label from the LDS file.

Feasibility checks can now be done for Novar digital designs.

Production Locations

The ability to specify multiple production locations, with different printer routing, blocking methods and blocking ring groups, has been added to Rx-Universe.  Please see Setting work ticket printing by location for details.

When entering an order discount addon, the "Addon Always net" flag was made to not show, since it has no effect.

Volume Discounts

The ability to do Volume Discounting has been added to Rx-universe.  Please see Volume Discounts for details.

Customers

The Customer AR maintenance program was modified to include labels that show "Buying groups"  and 'Buying Group Members".

Remote Orders

When receiving a remote order with a left-eye only trace, if the trace was not composed of 400 points, the resulting mirrored right-eye was corrupted.
