Work Tickets

Added a new label for user defined work tickets, “_TRACENAME”, so the trace name from the order can be included if desired.

When the cylinder is non-zero, we will now print a zero before the decimal for powers less than 1.00 (for example, we will now print -0.50 instead of -.50 as before)

A problem where the edge thickness displayed on the work ticket for the left lens of a digital job might be reversed along the 0-180 line has been corrected.

Invoice

On the Rx invoice, when a job had only SV-type lenses, the heading for the Vertical Decentration field was being printed as NPD. This has been corrected to show “Vert D” for these jobs.

Order Entry

When a frame shape was selected using the “View Shapes” button, it was choosing the wrong shape. This has been corrected.

An issue where the customer service grid could display a “File error 46” box when there were no orders to display, or when returning from viewing Job History data for an order, and the order range selected included “All Orders” or “Completed Orders”, has been corrected.

When a trace contains over 512 points, it would not display the drawing on the order

When canceling (deleting) an order, the user may be asked to enter a reason code for the delete. This is control by a new switch in system settings.

Frame Traces

When orders come in remotely and use a stored shape, but are received with an edge type, under certain circumstances a second trace could be saved with the same shape but a blank edge type.

System Settings

On the Dayend Parameters tab, the option to export Uncompleted orders was only accessible if the option to export orders at dayend was checked. This has been relaxed, so that now the Uncompleted orders option can be selected to allow the scheduled task to run, for example, without having to run the order XML export at the end of the day.

On the Order1 tab, a new switch has been added, “Enter reason code when deleting order” to control if the order delete functions require a delete reason code to be entered.

Order Delete Reaons

A new maintenance program allows for the entry and maintenance of the order delete reasons. This table is located in the “Setup” menu and is called “Order Delete Reasons”

Endpoints

The /orders endpoint has been modified to return frame information if such is specified on the order. These fields will appear at the end of the json response packet, for example:

The Rx-Site style detail endpoint (used only by Rx-Site version 2, in the Rx-Suite platform) has been modified with 4 changes:

  1. if the "Allow Zero PD" flag is not checked in System Settings, then for Rx-Site the PD entered must be > lowest PD breakpoint (decentration is not allowed) for non-uncut jobs, and the PD is mandatory

  2. if the "SegHT breakpoint" is 0, then the SegHT must be entered as a value from the bottom of the frame and not as distance up or down from the datum line, and the minimum seght will be set as the minimum segheight for the lens style, if set, INCLUDING checking any prog designs that might alias to a short design. The maximum seg height has been increased from 35 to 50

  3. if Allow Zero Cyl Axis is set in system settings, then the axis range is 0-179, otherwise the range is 1-180 (to prevent a zero axis from being accepted when the lab doesn't allow it in RxU)

  4. if the max add is set on a design, use that as the max add for the endpoint

New endpoint “GET/system/printers” to get a list of available windows printers on the server that the endpoint is running

New endpoint “PUT/system/printPDF” to print a PDF document to the selected Windows printer

Devices

VCA devices

  • fixed issue with vendor and model changing within the interface after being set. This was causing issues with the Zeiss digital service.

Shipping

New report for shipped orders by customer sorted by ship-to details with breakage totals.

Frame Tracings maintenance

A new flag has been added “Do not allow resize on remote order”. This flag is only accessible for tracings with a manufacturer of “DATA” or “SHAP”. When checked, any remote order that uses one of these traces, will not have the tracing resized to the supplied HBOX or VBOX values from the remote order.

Remote Orders

If a remote order is using an manufacturer code of “DATA” in the _TRACE label, or the manufacturer code of “SHAP” in the _SHAPE label, the tracing is checked to see if it should be resized. The resize flag is a new field in the Tracings” maintenance screen.

Job Stations

Updated the Eyefinity status codes in the Eyefinity dropdown list.
