Supply frame with no trace having bad trace being attached to job.

If a remote order was received specifying a Supply Frame for a frame that DID exist in frame inventory but which did NOT have a frame trace attached, RxU would attach a copy of the first trace in the trace table to the order, which is not only incorrect but results in losing the correct box measurements, calculating with incorrect shape data, and even edging the wrong shape if error is not caught.

New encryption key for Eyefinity for Rx-Universe

Changed basename field to be 40 characters instead of 20, to accommodate longer names from Eyefinity.
The Eyefinity encryption key changed from OMICS to Rx-Universe, changed EYE to use the new one; also recognize blank lens styles after processing orlsc, in addition to “other”, since we do not always use “other” in the translations (see 4744 for example)
Changed references to “OMICS” in text fields to read “Rx-Universe”
Wrote utility program to diagnose that the encrypton key had changed (DOCRYPT).
