Order entry
Fix an issue with the Order printer routing, when getting a new route, if the new route makes the order un-valid, no warning message was being displayed to advise the operator.

Updated the verbiage for the warning message when running the Day-end within the same day.
XML Exports
Job tracker history timestamps are now exported to the hundredths of a second precision.
Fix an issue with the Special Orders Report Bug where deleted orders are still reported.
Fix an issue where Date Frame received, and Frame received days have incorrect details.
Work Tickets
The XML and PCL work tickets did not show the correct stock level values, nor were they consistent between the tickets. This has been corrected.
Treatment Rules
Updated the help pop up for Pre-treatment and Manufacturing.
Digital Lens
Added a switch to indicate to do thinning even with Rx-Prism.
