Order Invoice

The frame label and price are now only printed if the frame price is not zero, or if the frame is marked as a supply frame. Previously, the “Frame” label and price of 0 would also be printed if there was a trace on the order.

When a lens design is set up to use a topography file, and the true curve of the blank is between 0.01 and 0.24 diopters, in some cases a message “Invalid sagitta” would be thrown and generic calculations used for that base. This has been corrected.

If the option “Right justify tray” was UNchecked on the General tab in System Settings, an order could be created with a tray number such as “B12”, and not be right-justified (which is the desired behaviour). However, if the order was subsequently modified, the tray number would throw an error that it wasn’t in the correct format. This has been corrected. Behaviour of tray numbers when the “Right justify tray” option is checked, has not been changed.

Remote Orders

Added a new flag to control how frame information is stored on the order. The flag controls if the frame information is placed as part of the order comments when a VisionWeb order is processed.

Reporting

Fields for the codes used for lens styles, materials, tints and pretreatments have been added to the order XML export, to allow reporting on those values in Rx-Plore for completed orders.

Statements

The statement template, STM005NET.XSL, has been modified to print the total net amount.

Lens Styles

The Lens Style database has been changed so that the Description (Remarks field) is now a key field. This allows the user the ability to search based on description.

Reports

The Inventory Valuation Report has been modified to correct an issue to totals for pair lenses and to also correct the calculation for excess stock.
