Customer
The Accounts receivable customer maintenance screen, “statement” tab has 2 new fields added to it to allow for customer specific messages to be printed on the printed statements. All the Rx-Universe supplied statement formats have the ability to use these new customer messages.
Customer Service
When viewing “Job history” or “Inventory transactions”, the time display is incorrect for records that have a time within the ”00” or “12” hour ranges. This was a display issue and has been resolved.
...
The number of breakages on an order has been added to the customer service grid:
...
...
When user permissions is not used, and you access a completed order (this enters the order screen as view only), after returning to the customer service grid, any order you access will only enter the order screen in view mode. This has been resolved.
The eyeglasses displayed in the trace column have been modified. They will now display with green lenses unless the trace is for calculations only, then the eyeglasses will have red lenses.
Devices
When trying to call an orphaned trace on a OMA edger, the device interface always returned “WONF” (order not found). This has been resolved.
When the VCA device interface auto-attaches a trace to an order that has SEGDHT values in it, if the order was for a Single Vision prescription, the resulting Vertical decentration was being placed in the SEGHT field instead. This has been resolved.
The VCA device interface has been modified to not store the GPRVM and GPRVA labels when they are returned from a digital vendor, if the value they contain is “?”.
Fixed an issue with the Loh CM generator interface. In some cases, the call to Rx-Universe from the generator would give a WONF (order not found). This was being caused when completing an order and then re-using the tray for that order; but the completed order had not been processed by the day-end processor. This has been corrected.
Frame Inventory
When the frame inventory module is active, check to see if access to the frame inventory is ok when entering Rx-Universe, if not display a warning message so the issue can be addressed. The same frame inventory access check is done after the user has accessed 5 menu entries, this will warn the user that the frame inventory is not available while doing various tasks within the Rx-universe system.
Orders
When saving an order that has been calculated, if the order had errors when calculating, display a warning message that says the order is still un-valid before saving it.
When modifying an order, if the chosen blanks are changed via the “F6/Blanks” screen, you could save the order as valid without re-calculating it. This would cause issues on the devices. The order modify screen has been changed to request a re-calculation of the job before allowing it to be saved when the selected blanks are changed.
In certain cases, an order could be saved with a tray number that is in use on another active order. This has been resolved.
Printing User defined documents
RxTicket has been updated to ensure the PDF is fully written before the done file is created, fixing rare situations where the PDF was corrupted while copying over thin client sessions.
Rx-Xplore XML Export
Added two new columns to the customer export; last statement date and last statement e-mail status.
Opti2.8 translations screen
Modified the translation screen to increase the size of the “Code” field to 100 characters. Also added 2 new “Code Types”; “B” allows the translation of the xml tag “commercial_brand” to desired style, material, etc, and “X” that allows translation from an Xml tag to VCA label
Remote Orders
The Opti2.8 remote order type has been enhanced for Code types “B” (xml tag commercial_brand) and “X” ( Xml label conversions to a VCA tag).
The remote processor could create thousands of empty order records under certain circumstances. The validity check for the incoming remote order files has been enhanced to prevent this from occurring.
Work Tickets
The PC2 work ticket was not printing the correct ART blocking - block piece, this has been corrected.
Digital Processor
The digital processor was causing an “ERROR 41” to occur when restarting after it paused for the daily backup. This has been resolved.
Frame Trace API
The /api/frames/trace endpoint has been updated to include the measured A, B, ED, and DBL values of the trace.
WIP Breakdown API
The endpoint was never returning the number of jobs completed today, as it was skipping jobs marked pending-completion. This has been corrected.
