Currently, the only Hypervisor supported for Rx-Universe is VMWare ESXi. Since a security dongle is required for Rx-Universe, you will need to confirm that you have access to setup o a USB pass-trough from the physical layer to the virtual layer. This features feature is available in VMWare ESXi.
