Omics OMICS Software has recently updated our its Helpdesk Support system. This new system (JIRA) allows you, as a customer to better view , to login into your own portal where you will be able to view and update the status of your support request and allows you to view all support request that you have submitted along with all other requests under your Organisationongoing support requests, along with the ability to see all open requests across your Organization.

After you click on the link to sign up, it will ask you to setup your account , Name name & Passwordpassword.
