Routing rules - you can now include a job station as part of the routing rules. This enhancement will allow a lab to outsource an order to an outside lab with more flexibility than the old “Lab-to-Lab” transfer rules. Note - Labs that currently use the older Lab-to-Lab transfer rules will need to setup their current L2L transfer rules in the “Routing Rules” setups. The The older “Lab-to-Lab” routing rules will be removed from Rx-Universe in a future version. version 7.81.00 that will be released in June 24th,2025. Beginning with this version, Rx-Universe will look for a routing rule in the routing table first, and then check the Lab-To-Lab Transfer rules table. Labs are encouraged to migrate their transfer rules to the routing rules table.
The OMA device session has been optimize optimized to use an ACK delay, if needed, by the lab. The Delay is entered in the “Device Parameters” maintenance screen. This is of particular interest to labs using the Ultra Optics 44R or 54R coaters, interfaced to the LMS.
