All new Rx-Universe Job Tracking system provides instant visibility into your work in progress. The Job Tracker helps your team track your jobs through each stage of your process.The Job Flow function ensures that jobs have all the necessary steps and services performed on them as they flow through the lab; this is accomplished by setting Job Flow rulessystems should have this entry already created:
- From the Main Menu, select “Supervisor”.
- Then select “Workstation Setup”:
- If the “JT Job Tracker” entry is not there, you will need to create it by pressing on the “Add” button . Below are the default entries for the Job Tracker Workstation:
Take note of the “Work Station” ID (JT); you will need this information when you create your Job Tracker icon.
The other thing that is very important in this window is the “Auto Command” field; it has to be “JT”. When this station is activated (by the Job Tracker icon) this field indicates to the system that it will run the Job Tracker program.
When it’s time to save your entry, click on the “Save” button .
