When a semi-finished blank is blocked on GC and calculated such that the blank is thick enough at the GC but is not thick enough at the OC (or MRP), the latter condition was something not detected, resulting in a job being calculated where the blank was not actually thick enough for the job. The Curveout function was modified to check the thickness at the OC in addition to the GC to raise the appropriate error condition.
