In this example, we will use SOLAZZZZ for the manufacturer.
When you click on SOLA ZZZZ (or any other manufacturer) you can choose the lens style, the material, the tint, pre-treatment or the addon.
To run the report you need to click on 
in the menu to be able to run the report. You can sort the report based on the group, the manufacturer, the start/end bill to Acct, the start/end ship to Acct and also the start/end date.
