The Account Comments are visible only. They are the comments that are entered for each customer on the Comments tab in the Customers database. These comments do not print anywhere.

The Order Notes can only be created on an order. The date and user are tracked for each note that is entered. These notes cannot be deleted. These notes do not print anywhere.

The Order Remarks/Comments can be created and edited on an order. These notes are printed on the work ticket and invoice.
To create or edit a remark/comment, click the edit icon shown below in red
A new screen will appear where you can enter your remarks/comments. There are a total of 11 lines.
