If a tray is scanned that is not active, a message to that effect will be displayed. If a job is scanned for which the frame has already been received, and assigned to a bin, a message will be displayed and the operator given the opportunity to replace the bin (ie re-assign the frame). If we enter tray 60007 again, we will see:
If a tray is scanned which is an uncut (not to be edged), a warning message to that effect is displayed, and the operator may not enter a bin.
Printing a Frame Bin ticket
A document can be automatically printed when a frame is placed into a bin. This is done using the "additional documents" feature of Rx-Universe.
After designing your document using LOHreport and saving it in the RX-XML folder (as with all additional documents), set up the additional document to print at the time of frame assigning to the bin. In the following example, a document using the template "FrameBin" is set up to print when the frame is received to a bin:
