XXXXThe Rx-Suite Version 1.20.X has introduced several new features, enhancements, and fixes. These updates aim to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and streamline inventory and reporting processes.

Rx-Inventory New Features

• Frame Usage by month

  • Frame Usage usage is now tracked on monthly within the frame warehouse per month. This is an The integer value that is incremented whenever representing usage increments each time a frame is used in a month. “Usage” is defined in RxUniverse → System Settings → Inventory → Frame Inventory Updated. Either frame pick or order entry.

  • When a frame is used, the usage is incremented in the current month

  • These values are rolling. Months up to the current month are current year. Future months are the previous year

  • When the month changes, that month’s usages are zeroed out. This information resets at the start of a new month, with the past months of the current year retained and future months referenced from the previous year.

• Added the ability to “Phase Out” frames

  • When a frame is in the Phased Out status, it will continue to be used, but no longer able added to purchase orders. When the quantity drops below the configured manufacturer’s phase out quantity, it will automatically become discontinuedA new feature allows frames to be "phased out." Frames in this status can no longer be added automatically to purchase orders and will be discontinued automatically once their quantity falls below a specified threshold.

Rx-Workstations New Features

  • A new workstation is available under the Shippo menu . Shippo: Manifest will create manifest(s) creates manifests for all shipments created on of the given day and specified carrier account, specific to carrier accounts.

Rx-Site Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Issues resolved include ensuring stock orders did not respect align with the selected active customer

• When syncing data from Rx-Universe to Rx-Site, we were setting everything currently in the database to inactive. After the fix we leave everything in its current active state during the sync, and update whatever wasn't returned by Rx-Universe as inactive after we're done.

• Customer logo and app icons were not show when using an external address

• When a recovery email is sent for a user now we sent the external IP address

• In some cases users were duplicated

• , maintaining active database entries during syncs with Rx-Universe, correctly displaying customer logos and app icons, mail recovery functionality and preventing user duplication.

Rx-Inventory Fixes

• Fixed an Frame Trace mismatch when name has trailing spacesmismatches in frame tracing due to trailing spaces in names.

Rx-Reports/Rx-Xplore Fixes

• Info Related to Payments were not Linked/Referenced to the TransactionsAddressed the issue where payment information was not correctly linked to transactions.
