Fixed an issue where stock orders did not respect the selected active customer
When syncing data from Rx-Universe to Rx-Site, we were setting everything currently in the database to inactive. After the fix we leave everything in its current active state during the sync, and update whatever wasn't returned by Rx-Universe as inactive after we're done.
Customer logo and app icons were not show when using an external address
When a recovery email is sent for a user now we sent the external IP address
