MEI edgers support dual-mode (connecting to two LMS systems at the same time). With MEI, after scanning a barcode, the edger will request the job number scanned from the first interface, and if not found, will request it from the second interface. Note that we cannot activate dual-mode, but we can access screens to see the interfaces that are configured, and test them, turn one off temporarily, etc.
From the Job Setup screen, press CTL-ALT-T to go into “Test mode”:

To get out of test mode, uncheck the “Test mode” box:
