In Rx-Universe:
Set up cancellation reasons.
In Rx-Hub:
In Rx-Hub, edit the role of the user you want to grant access to.
Grant the role “Use” permission for Order Delete in the Rx-Xplore permissions tab. Make sure you click on the “Update Role” button to save the settings. Learn more about setting up roles.

Canceling/Deleting an Order

After setting up the Rx-Universe reason codes (if your lab requires reason codes to delete an order) and granting the appropriate user permissions, you can now use the Order Cancel workstations in the Rx-Workstations module.
To do this, follow the following steps:
Open Rx-Workstations modules.

A message will display upon submission to indicate if the order was deleted successfully in Rx-Universe. |

An error message with the failure reason will display if the cancel/delete submission failed. |
