if the "Allow Zero PD" flag is not checked in System Settings, then for Rx-Site the PD entered must be > lowest PD breakpoint (decentration is not allowed) for non-uncut jobs, and the PD is mandatory
if the "SegHT breakpoint" is 0, then the SegHT must be entered as a value from the bottom of the frame and not as distance up or down from the datum line, and the minimum seght will be set as the minimum segheight for the lens style, if set, INCLUDING checking any prog designs that might alias to a short design. The maximum seg height has been increased from 35 to 50
if Allow Zero Cyl Axis is set in system settings, then the axis range is 0-179, otherwise the range is 1-180 (to prevent a zero axis from being accepted when the lab doesn't allow it in RxU)
if the max add is set on a design, use that as the max add for the endpoint
