The RxInfo.ini file is located in different folders depending on the version of Windows:
Windows 10 - the RxInfo.ini file is found in c:\users\omics.omics1\AppData\Roaming\CrossBows\CrossBowsRx. Note that the Rxinfo.ini will be in the folder of the user that installed the Crossbows app
Windows 7 - the RXInfo.ini file is found in C:\Program Data\Crossbows\CrossbowsRX. The C:\Program Data folder is normally hidden, so you may have to select “Show hidden files and folders” in the Folder Options.
