For Active Orders, the start and end dates are the Date Received. For Completed Orders, the start and end dates are the Date Completed.
Printing and Exporting reports
Most of the reports main screen will give you the option to either:
Simple Text Report
If you wish to create a simple text report in PDF format, this will allow you to print from the PDF reader.
Export to comma delimited file (CSV)
If you wish to export the report data to a comma delimited file, simply add a check the check box then uou will then be prompted to select the path and name of the file.
